Who we are

PawVeya ("PawVeya", "we", "us") provides tools that help pet parents organize their pet's care. You can reach us at hello@pawveya.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist signup: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
• When you use the app: account details, pet profiles, health records, reminders, emergency contacts and instructions, and any documents or images you upload.
• Basic technical data: log and device information needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the PawVeya service.
• To send service messages and waitlist updates related to PawVeya.
• To improve and develop the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with infrastructure providers that help us run PawVeya, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and our email delivery provider. Any share links you create (for example, a care report shared with a pet sitter) are user-initiated; you control when to generate them and they are designed to expire.

Storage and security

Your data is stored with row-level security so that only you and people you explicitly share with can access your pet's records. You choose what to share and with whom.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@pawveya.com.

Cookies and analytics

PawVeya does not currently use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used for authentication and session management only. If we introduce analytics in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Children

PawVeya is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
