By accessing or using the PawVeya website, waitlist, or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What PawVeya is

PawVeya helps pet parents organize pet care information such as records, reminders, emergency profiles, and shareable care reports.

PawVeya is not a veterinary or medical service and does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for questions about your pet's health. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital directly.

Your account and responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to use PawVeya only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your content

You own the pet information, records, documents, and other content you put into PawVeya. By using the service, you grant PawVeya a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you choose to share with.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. PawVeya is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawVeya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using PawVeya at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service or its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
